My voice came out of nowhere. I experienced a sense of opening and expansion within my body.

This method working on breathing and sound wears out the tensions that have accumulated year after year. It allows deep breathing and makes the body vertical, thus liberating energy that unfolds in the power and quality of the voice, but also in many areas of my life.
This method is filling a gap that I experienced in my practice.
I had the impression that something that had already existed in me, hidden somewhere, could come into light; also that there are capabilities in me that I never suspected I had. Many thanks for this amazing and promising journey.
